Stop Me if You’ve Heard This One Before
Venerable Canadian institution collapses: Jean Chrétien in the middle:
The stunning collapse of Heenan Blaikie LLP, once one of Canada’s largest and most prestigious law firms, stemmed from a “loss of trust” in management over international business activities including dubious forays into Africa, where former partner Jacques Bouchard and former prime minister Jean Chrétien lobbied governments on behalf of clients, former Heenan partners and associates say…
Question: if a former Conservative Prime Minister (say Brian Mulroney), and a former cabinet minister in a Conservative government were this highly involved in this much of a racket, would Steven Harper be asked questions about it? So will Justin Trudeau, considering both men in question sat at his father’s cabinet table, and considering the relationship between Roy Heenan and the Trudeau’s, be asked a multitude of questions? Or will, once again, the media once again be unwilling to use the words “Jean Chrétien” and “bribery scandal” in the same article?
What a grasping fool you are. You obviously no nothing about law firms. To link this to Chrétien is typical partisan dickishness. You may as we’ll post a 24/7 video of Harper licking his own balls.
Lol, funny cuz it’s true
Geo is out of line using gutter language which gives four judgements on the original poster but no evidence to think about.
Guessing Geo is a liberal? Usual knee-jerk, vicious attack of the messenger with a slab of nasty directed towards Mr. Harper.
Just one man’s observation.
Geo is a typical liberal supporter. Will jump all over a conservative for nothing such as wafer gate but will gladly give crminal Liberals a pass for theft, corruption and misappropriation.
Geo. will likely have another astute comment to make about Chretien’s relationship with Michel Fournier, a former Quebec liberal bagman asnd Chretien chief of staff whose million dollar secret Swiss bank account was just uncovered
